Default $380 a month?!?

So I called around on insurance today and found that american family wants to charge $380, gieco $420, and a couple other places that where over $400, guess thats what happens when you have had 6 claims in one year.

Looks like i need to be carefull with it when it comes out of the shop

you can try for a few discounts like good student, take a driver improvement class or maybe try esurance. they have great rates.

Unfortunately. Sorry to hear about that. You pay based on your risk. It should drop after 2 years and after 25 or if and when you get married. It really drops after 25 or marrage. Not that I recommend the later.

Anything over 2 Comp (most companies do not count glass much) claim in a year and 2 accidents in two years will drastically effect your rates. They will go down it two years and they will drastically go down after 25 or getting married.

Heck, Juanita and I only pay $160/month for both of us to drive 3 vehicles and we have very high coverage. 300K/500K/300K with 300K property damage. Currently running 500 deductable, but getting ready to drop to 250 or lower.

Your rates may go up at next renewal. Watch out. Sorry to hear that man.

Dude ditch the TC and take the Vette ! Your dad already has insurance on it, and he has 2! can't drive them both @ the same time!
