Not a pity party, just life!
So yeah a lot has been going on. I lost my job, my dog got hit by a car and its gonna cost around 3k for the vet. bill, my insurance went up to a recockulous amount, and me and my girlfriend are having problems. I have no idea what to do. If I wanna keep good credit I will either have to sell my car and get something like a bike, or start selling lots of illegal product. My dad is broke my mom is broke so cant even run to them if I had to. Im just at a place, where I have no idea what to do. Its like this. My life contains: My job, my gf, my dog, my car, and video games when I have the time. Now I have no job, shakey relationship, hurt dog, car in chance or repo or selling it, and probably having to sell my games and systems. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......................Life! Thanks for reading just trying to vent. Again I'm not trying to have a pity party. Thanks!

life is an incessant series of tough decisions and harsh obstacles. the worst thing one can do is simply wait, hoping that the better choice will reveal itself.
i guess what i'm saying is that things are bad, but life goes on. not just yours but the whole world around you, whether your coming along or not. you need to take the time to do a SWOT analysis on yourself and figure out what changes and sacrifices you need to do in order to make ends meet.
you can find another job, maybe even one that pays better.
there are plenty of fish in the sea. if she isn't going to be supportive when you need her most. or she is just causing more problems when you already have plenty on your plate. she needs to go.
your dog is your best friend and i know it hurts but do what you have to do for poor old yeller. i'm not being cold, i have had to put one of my dogs down too, so don't blow that off as being insensitive.
as for your car, your only 20 years old. you have the rest of your life to have a cool car, if you can't afford to keep it now, just sell it and just buy an old honda or toyota outright so your debt will go down and they are cheaper to insure, and use less gas. if you get a good price for your tc, maybe you can pay for your dogs opperation.
i don't know where you live, but chances are, you need a reliable mode of transportation. and ofcourse have to cope with adverse weather conditions. a bike is not a viable option unless you make lots of short trips in good weather that could save you alot of gas.
when you get back on your feet, open a savings account and put as much money as you can part with on a daily basis. deposit 20 bucks a week for a year and that is $1040 a year. and just keep that should you ever have money problems again.
hope that some of these tips have helped you and i really feel for you bro because me and my family have fallen on tough times before.
just look at it as a chance to rebuild on a stronger foundation.
good luck.

HAHA, dont worry man keep your head up. And like drax said you are still young, like many of us still here. We have plenty of time to have a great car. But there are times we have to suffer through the years of something not as great, and remember that really is ok!

I'm sorry about all that.
We all seem to have times in our lives when problems seem to pig-pile up on us like that. The first few times seem to be the worst as you're not quite all that experienced in getting out of the jam like this.
I also agree with draxcaliber's first post.
What's good is that this is a GREAT learning experience for you. It's better that you get the harsh reality that the world as you know it can crumble in record time, right before your eyes than to learn this when you have a wife and some kids.
Best of luck to you. This shall pass.

Beyond being flabbergasted over such a stupid comment, I hope you realize how terribly offensive it is not not just me, not just the "fat" ladies on this board but to the husbands of bigger ladies and everybody else with half a brain in their head.
Good to know that you feel I and many others are less than human and HAVE to pay to be treated as such.

wow it's ok Jenna, at least those in the Northwest love ya, and I know what you are talking about.
now back to topic,
I know that you do not want a pitty party, but just remember that when things get bad the only thing that can change them is yourself. Go out and get a new job, ask the Vets for a payment plan, and dumpt the girlfriend if she wants to be a pain. But only you can pick yourself back up again, and the nice part of it is that your friends will be there to support you.

Wow, some people just need to learn to go with the flow and not whine when someone makes a stupid joke. Draxcaliber was just trying to give the poor guy a laugh and he got jumped for it. I'm sure he had no intentions of offending anyone.
And MrVader, hang in there. I'm sure there is light at the end of the tunnel. Everything will work itself out.

And you just might need me to warn you that the above was sarcasm.

Jenna said it best "This too, shall past". And don't get picky about job options, that something Americans do so freakin often, then complain because companys get immigrants to do it.

well I work with some africans americans and I know that they throw out just as many racist comments as anyone else I know. To most young people, all that racist bs is just a joke. No one needs to erase it from there memory, but it doesn't need to be brought up in the news daily either. Yes, school children should learn about it in school, but leave it there. The older generation keeps hanging on to that crap. The younger generation seems to be letting it go. And when people say "retard" they don't mean it in the manner of which you speak. I will admit to saying retard plenty of times, but I wasn't trying to offend anyone. From now on I will just make sure I look around and make sure everyone is caucasian and normal so I don't offend anyone when I talk. No more jokes cause someone mught be offended.
