vs stock lighting

http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/3411/1001947hk6.jpg

And surprisingly, putting the interior accent lighting LED end cap (from the dealer installed option) inside the cubby hole behind the shifter, makes water bottles light up MORE than having the cup holder LEDs.

krylon fusion http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u68/rnoeblbsyon16/krylon.jpg

It a time consuming yet easy process though caue the paint doesnt require sanding or priming but u have to do multiple coast so it looks good im akmost done with mine i havent had much time to finish latley but its coming along nicely. If u mess up just sand the piece and repaint its real easy..if u have anymore questions let me know....one can of the paint cost roughly 8 dollars...

No spare, it's a real rim that was cut to be incorporated into the system. :P

Although it would've been a clever idea. :lalala:

Playin with fire where did you get your seats? if you dont mind me asking?

PlayinWithFire
04-09-2007, 04:53 PM
local sound shop purchased the leather kit and installed it..

http://www.katzkin.com/05/FC/mainFS.html

you have some options to do:
full leather seats (around 800 for the kit i believe)
vinyl backed leather (around 600)
and vinyl which i wouldnt do and I dont think they make seat kits out of it.

Look for a dealer in your area and u could probably get all your seats done for like 1k.

my first try, took so long to do.

Should have spent a lot more time on the painting. Thinner coats, but more of them. Then wet sand it a lot, more layers, etc. The fabric really doesn't go with the whole theme of anything, plus it sould have been pulled tighter so that there aren't wrinkles. Just suggestions, I am not flaming. Everyone has their own style.

Yeah, I know, it was my first try it took me hrs to do since it was one piece and glue gun dries quick. that's the color of my car, so it does go. the painting, i didn't do it so i don't want to complain... so yes, i need to sand it and do it over.. appreciate you being honest.

how would i go about "re-welding" them? I just did a paint job to see the color contrast with the oem black of the door. I like it but its so messy and the texture is like cheap paint. lol I used the duplicolor stuff.

i ripped the fabric off the a + b pillars, as well as the door panel + rear seat panel inserts.

brush the cement on evenly, let it tack up for a minute, and then lay the suede on. really easy.

as for ht headliner, just apply the cmenet directly to it. you have to be kinda liberal with it as the fabric will absorb all the cement. I used about 1/2 gallon of cement on just the headliner

it doesnt look like you can really screw a new screw in to fasten. or am i just dumb?
