they dont have a company, so they could burn out fast and to be on the safe smart side get a wire harness!
edit: found they were euro designz, i have not heard positives or negatives about the company, but I do know theyre not HIDs

That Euro Effects stuff sucks. I have the million color led kit from them and it looks great when it's new, but I got almost immediate water intrusion. On my second set from them now (warranty-but had to pay processing of like $30 or something). Yup, complete junk. Just keep your stock bulbs with you and when those burn out you can immediately put the stockers back in.
That ebay seller has a few negative ratings and the whole page lots creepy, but maybe i have a bias towards animated .gifs. Anyway, what you've purchased are some brand-x xenon charged bulbs... they're halogen, not HID, and are direct replacements (twist out, twist in) of your stock bulbs.
They are safe to put on your car. Considering the way they're being advertised, I'd say the seller is trying to cover up some cheap bulbs with crappy graphics and confusing wording.
The seller claims they're rated at 6000K which is hard to prove, the images he uses to advertise them range from the purple (12,000K range) to hyper white (5000K range)

Word of warning, $10 for a set of headlight bulbs is very cheap. Maybe I'm a fool, but I paid about $30 for my Sylvania Silverstar ST/2's (I had the same bulbs on my old 300ZX for a little over a year)

If the bulbs you are getting are the same as the ones in the picture, you're not gonna be able to see anything at night. They painted the glass so dark on those you're better off with your stock ones.
