2007 SUPRA?
It all depends on where you are. I know someone that got away with speeding because their ticket said their car was yellow, but it was really red. And i know others that got a worse penalty for trying to "play" them
Depends on how he caught you. What does it say on the ticket? Ka? Laser? Or did he just pace you.
If the latter is true then its worth taking it to court.
I see you're in Fla. so just call the ticket clinic. Never had one ticket I had to pay when I let them go to court for me.

30 MPH is usually considered "reckless" in Florida and will get you not only a ticket, but a nice day in court as well!
In my I-95 experiences, South Carolina, Virgina, and Maryland seem to have the biggest police presence on the highways. Watch out in the Carolinas, though, especially when you come up to those groves of trees in the median... they always hide in there
.
Of course, most everyone on I-95, when you're past the towns, tends to go at least 80. Usually, if you're not going 85-90, you'll get run over - even in the right lane :D.
I found that as long as you keep up with traffic, surrender the left lane when someone wants to pass you (and by the same token stay in the right lane whenever possible, using the left lane only as a "passing" lane), use your signal and otherwise be courteous, you'll be ok.

Since I'm coming down I95 (but not planning on going down SR44
), I really didn't want a ticket

Police presence grows more intense on I-95 ievery year because of drugs. With Georgia being the Meth distribution hub of the entire nation, and tons of coke/hash coming into south florida like clockwork evey year, you can understand why. Its known as drug-runners alley.
Speeding 20+ over on that interstate is never a good idea. lol

Your not going to get out of it, but play the game any ways. When you go to court if you see the cop is not their say your ready for your trial If the cop is their say your not ready. You also have to kinda read the cop to if he seems like a dumb ___ say your ready, and hope he messes up on his report. I have seen tickets get thrown out because the cop was not sure on his notes.
