i love the PS2 version, i want to go and buy an XBOX 360 just so i can play the new tracks and also download the new ones when they are released and also Gears Of War. they also said they are gonna make one for the Wii. i just might pick it up then.

ive been playin GH since it came out on PS2, then played GH2 as soon as it came out. My buddy got it for 360 the day it came out and says its a blast there too.

im a master on hard, and im decent on expert (high low 80-low 90 depending on the song)... but my friend jay gets upper 90's (like 94% and up) every time on expert. he is insane on that game

you need to learn how to slide your fingers on the keys instead of removing them. and if you know how to do a hammer on, you will be alot better when it comes notes such as green, red, yellow, blue, orange

Yea, I'm addicted. My problem is if I miss one, I get flustered and lose my spot on the neck.

That, and the tunnel vision.

you cant focus too much on the notes... just gotta flow with it. and if u mess up on a part with alot of notes, just stop playin and figure out where u need to start off

as soon as i get off work i wanna go to my boys house and play

yeah I'm late but I picked up GH2 for the 360 this weekend and it's a blast....finally made me put down forza2. I have a stupid noob question though...do I have to do something special to open up the shop? I'm going through the career on Easy mode (because I suck and can't comprehend more than 3 colors at once at this point in time) I can't go to the shop though, it's greyed out at the screen where you change your caracter and guitar.

You can't get to the shop unless you play on medium or higher, if I recall correctly.

yeah, you're right. I figured it out last night when I started getting bored with Easy. Medium was a biscuit at first, I kept moving my fingers down and getting off the green and red all together for some reason:doh: It became much more fun once I got used to using 4 frets.

haha i remember when i was at the point a year ago. wait till you go from medium to hard. the orange button is gonna kill you, cause then you need to learn to slide your fingers. haha

i personally cant wait for the game rock band to come out. becuase it will be an entire band, drums and all (and im a drummer... so im really excited about that!)

^I've heard about that...pretty cool. I play the drums a little too. I tired learning guitar but it was too difficult for my short attention span.

ive been playing drums since i was able to move my hands. i would bang on anything i possibably could. but no.. i ACTUALLY started to play in the 6th grade, and have been playing ever since, and was the drummer for two local bands that ended up no where. bit id still like to play every now and then, its alot of fun

haha started in middle school too. I took lessons all through high school and got into jazz pretty heavy, I haven't played for real since high school though (over 2 years now) I still love to bang on the kit, it's fun no doubt

A tip for those who want to play the game, start on hard. Seriously. I've seen so many people go through easy and medium, then try to tackle the upper levels only to give up because they don't know how to reach the 5th fret. Meh, my two cents.

I only have about 250 gamerpoints on this despite the fact I've beaten it on expert. I only had the game for a week. Not bad, I guess. I have friends with 700+ points on this and haven't made it past medium. Ha.

Yeah, Woman really needs to be moved down to a harder set. It's definately a face melter.

for real. I finally got through it, idk how but I did and now I'm like 20 songs into it. I just finished getting 5 stars on all songs in Easy and Medium it's still fun as hell

Play Hangar 18 on expert and tell me Woman is a face melter. ;) Woman is cake.

I just finished Medium on GHII last night on teh 360, still need to go back and 5 star everything as i get better.

I also own GHI, GHII, and GH Encore The 80's on the PS2 as well. but since my ps3 doesnt play nicely with my guitar and the ps2 is now downgraded to the bedroom i recently picked up the 360 version for downstairs plus the added content and acheivements is nice.
