Default PFYC Racing Pedals Set? Anyone have these?

I was surfing around for a dead pedal to match the OBX's and came across this set from pfyc.com

http://www.pfyc.com/mm5/merchant.mvc...=froogle<br />

They cost a pretty penny but look pretty nice.

I like the scion pro dead pedal style but would definitely prefer the dead pedal with inserts.

Has anyone heard of them before? They seem to have some pretty good reviews on other forums. Did a search and couldn't find anything on this site?

I dunno, looks like cheapo stuff to me, anybody can drill some holes in aluminum for a pedal cover, you know you'd have to screw them directly into your stock pedals, right? So all those nifty holes in em will just show the stock rubber pedal underneath, right?

I'd put the $90 to more use, like a TRD rear sway bar instead.

the scionpro deadpedal is ok, but the edges are sharp and it doesn't really look finished. Just a bunch of laser cuts in a sheet of metal.
The holes don't have the beveling of the OBX. If it came with the inserts I'd be all for it. And its still on my list of considerations.

But honestly if you think that the scion pro looks better quality wise, I really don't agree. The design is good, it needs refinement production wise.
