Because the other toys are far more exciting. ;)

The tC won't really see anymore mods until the GT-Four is finished. I bought it with the intent of keeping it a daily driver. About the only things left until the warranty runs out are HIDs... which won't happen until someone comes out with a good bolt-in projector replacement. Retrofitting is a pain in the ___.

Still, thing is DAMN fast!

I would have went with the shadow.. nothing screams fast like a blacked out bike =). although you do want something more visible when your riding anymore. Roommate has one thats tricked out to the gills, he took it up to 200 and backed off with like 4k rpm left til redline. stupid-retarded bike... but oh so fun.

hehehe a new R1.. i got smoked by a buddies right before i sold my bike. I had an 03 gixxer600 with a headerback, power commander, sprockets, extended swingarm, and a 35 dry shot (plus some cosmetic stuff). even with the nitrous going, by the end of 2nd he had put bikelengths on me ^^

Part of the reason I opted for the red, is I wanted something visible. People just don't pay attention when they drive anymore... :nails:

And a beast it is...! I was riding home about 2 weeks ago coming east on I-70 when a newer R6 and an older R1 came flying up behind me. I moved left so they could slingshot around into a safer riding formation, and once we had gotten around the pack of traffic in front of us, they clicked it down a couple gears and gunned it. I left the bike in 6th around 70 and just twisted the throttle and had no problem with keeping up. :)

Gotta call BS on that. He didn't go 200 on a shadow. He'd be dead.

I can't wait to get a new bike. Still not quite sure what to get though. Ducati's have been calling may name recently though, especially either the 999S or the Monster S4.
