Finally popped it in the player last night, and my sides are still sore from laughing. The cut scenes (Censored by Ministry of Information) are outstanding (news cast of the Rodeo incident scene, further validating the realness of his pranks) and a little bit scary (re: the police scenes).

Disturbing? Oh yeah, in particular the hotel (don't you wish you could erase certain memories?)

Funny? Without question.

Aw man I'm going to have to get it on DVD.
I saw it a few days after it came out in theatres and I still can't help but laugh my butt off when I think about it.

I have been a big movie buff since I was old enough to care and Borat is in the top ten worst I think I have ever seen.

Bland and stupid.

Bland? Are you kidding me? I've heard it called a lot of things, but bland isn't one of them.

Nobody has ever accused Borat of being great cinema, it's just hillarious. It's no big deal that you didn't laugh at it.

I'm not kidding, not one joke made me laugh, it was just retarded, and nmot the type of retard comedy that makes me laugh.

His style is pointless and dumb.

Movies like Zoolander, Anchorman, and School of Rock are funny, this was BLAND AND STUPID!

I can't believe the patience that grocery guy displayed! They had to do that in the midwest, could you imagine some Korean grocer in the Bronx being like that?

I suggest everybody that does not own the dvd yet to go buy it. It's the funniest movie I have EVER seen (not including the amazingly hilarious cut scenes)

No, actually you didn't. I'm not the person to change words around on because I'll let you know that I think your opinion blows...and yes, this movie did blow.

Sexydrownwatch was worth the price of the disc. I lost it when he was on the mounted machine gun.

The funniest part of the dvd, is when you try to select hebrew for the language.

What a stupid movie! I really disliked it, I guess since I don't like stupid comedies like this... :tap:
I had no choice to watch since my brother wanted to see it and he loved it!

I was given this movie on DVD. I really wanted to enjoy it because I had heard folks rave about it.

I made to to the "blow dry" scene before I hit the eject button.

Sorry, but it reminds me too much of Amos and Andy, replacing "black" with "Eastern European." Clever comedy interests me, but ethnic stupidity isn't clever.

The DVD is now in the "trade-in" bin for the next time I go to the video store.
