I am looking to upgrade my tC. Lookin for a quiet exhaust that helps performance as well as a CAI. Anyone have any suggestions for these?

 

I have an Injen CAI and a Tsudo N1 extreme exhaust. Both are noisy as hell and make my car embarassing to transport people around in. Enjoy the extra 10hp.

ya the arc sounds nice... how is it with performance though.. help at all?

 

Not sure about the performance, but the ARC stuff looks and sounds good

yeah the ark adds 8+ hp alone and the n2 adds 11+ Are you ready to buy an exhaust or just shopping around?

 

gunna be doing stuff this summer so im looking around and things. Kno anything about the borla system or trd? Axle and catback a better choice u think?

 

Just go with what you think looks and sounds best to you. The gains from I/E are very small. Also, you wont find huge differences in gains between different exhausts. So really its all pretty much the same thing. Just get what you like.

 

does anyone have suggestions on intake for a 06 tC? i was lookin at injen CAI n also noticed many other people have it... is it CARB approved?

 

I got the trd axle back form the dealership it sounds pretty nice but doesn't do much. I would get a cat-back though if you're wanting to add power, i hear of alot of people going with the mmw cai it is suppose to add the most power

Adair, i dont think there is such thing as a MMW intake? you mean the short ram?ALso yea try if you want something quiet tanabe seems pretty coo. As for me im trying to save up for the ARK D-TS
