Long day, yes it was, the suspension was a easy, a no brainer, the perrin pulley was also a piece of cake to install, the belts were kinda hard to put back on. the biggest problem i ran into was the bottom bolt on the alternator would not break free. i finally had to remove the from bumper and the windshield washer fluid container and hit the bolt with an impact gun, it took as much force to remove as the crank pulley did. the supercharger was kinda a pain but just because there were some tight places to get into, instead of using silicone between all the mating surfaces as per the instructions, i got some gasket paper and and ink pad and made my own gaskets by pressing the ink pad on one of the mating surfaces and then pressing it on the gasket material, then cutting it out, a lot less messy and more reliable than silicone. the emange took me 5 mins to install, i was impressed, it was so easy. on the crank pulley install i replaced the roll pin with a hard drill bit made of cobalt. i could not believe what the factory roll pin looked like, it was hollow and was thin walled, it was incredible, small wonder supercharged 1NZ's have been breaking them. unfortunately i was unable to get to the steering wheel the same day, and the next my wife and i went to astoria. all i can say is it made a huge difference driving on the freeway and climbing the hills. 1st and 2nd gears are monsters too. still getting use to driving, but wow. ill post pics when i get home tomorrow. if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.

it wasnt too bad, just a little time consuming, the biggest problem i had was removing the alternator, i really wish that they had used a tension pulley, i had to remove the bumper and the winshield washer fluid reservoir to and use an impact gun to remove the bottom bolt of the alternator, it was on there just as tight as the crank pulley was. other than that the install is pretty straight forward, it is a pain to get the belts back on, but yeah, it makes it easy if you are good with your fingers, it is really tight bolting the new intake manifold onto the head with the S/C installed, it just takes patience. the emanage was a peice of cake though, took me 5 mins to install that.

heres the factory roll pin from the crank pulley... next to it i tried to picture the drill bit i used but it reflected the light. anyways, you can see how small the pin is.

i didnt have to move my alternator at all in that respect, it mounted in the factory location. the only thing i did with my ac line was zip tie it out of the way. really quick and easy and i didnt have to fab a new line which was cool. the only thing that is changed about the alternator is that the factory bracket on top is replaced with the GReddy one which has the SC belt tension pulley on it. really easy. if you have any more questions please feel free to ask... i am still working on a video, but it has been raining here the past few days. the tires have been spinning like crazy on the wet pavement, so as soon as it dries out ill make a vid and post it.
