Default Re-finishing rims

I appear to have some of my finish scrubbed off on both of my passanger side rims. The area is probably 3-4 inches in length and is really rough feeling. At first I thought it was dirt but after trying to clean the area it was left on there.
I must have driven through something that removed the finish from the rim. Discount Tire says that the rims are discontinued and he will try on monday to make some calls for me but he might not be able to get a new set. I don't want different rims so I am wanting to get them re-finished.
I checked the Places-In-AZ to have work done thread but found nothing. Anyone know anyplace that can do it? I know CB can do it but it's going to be expensive.

Thanks guys
Johnathon
