I have a TRD axle back coming to me, and I was just wondering if I'm going to need a new exhaust gasket, or if the existing one will do.

The current exhaust is stock and it has 7K on it.

If I do need a new one, what's the p/n and can I get it anywhere or do I have to get it through the dealer?

Unless the TRD is different than the DC Sports...you wont need one.

 

no need for a gasket because it doesnt have one at the axle back, but you may need a new clamp, ive gone thru two of them so far

 

^ What's the p/n for the clamp? I'm hoping for a straight ahead swap. That clamp hasn't been touched since the factory.

 

dont know the P/N off the top of my head but its always good to get an extra it only cost about $12 if i remember, but if its never been off you should be ok just dont stretch it out real far when you put the new exhaust on

 

I reused my clamp when i did my strup and it worked fine. It had around 25,000 miles on it.

 

there is a gasket on the muffler joint and there is no need for a new clamp with that few miles on it

clamp and gasket will be good to reuse...
