need some help
hey does anyone know how to or could help me install my new grills if so PM me or meet with me at the m&g in seattle and we can discuss a time and place to intall them thanks
well i have already talked to a few people on here and asked them how but i need a friend that knows how to take off the front bumper (and i think i know who) i just have to call him and see if he has a drill and the time to help out a brother. lol
The front bumper is not hard to take off... and there are a few DIY threads on here to help you out.
I can't see pics here at work or I would find one with pictures for you, but it's pretty simple really. There are a few plugs on the top of the bumper / grill area that must be removed, I think 7 screws on the bottom and 2 in the fender wheels. Then it should just pop off the sides and pull right off.
I think the grills have a couple of screws in the back that you just remove and then the grills come out. But the reason I was asking for a pic was to see if they were the actual grill or just an overlay. For an overlay, you don't need to remove the grill.
If your friend can't help, look for a DIY on here. If you still need help, PM me and I will walk you through it.

no its not an overlay it is a mesh grill that is formed to fit in the hole after you remove the stock grill i know i need to remove the bumper because i have to drill hole to secure the grill with zip ties. and the reason i asked for help is because i would rather have some one that has done it before and a place i can do it at because living in an apartment that has no place to do big stuff to your car really sucks and that i am right out in the open. but other then that i think i have an idea how to and what i need thanks .
