What is the trick for removing the lamp assy? The pdf file on installing is pretty vague.

 

Unless you have very very thin arms, start by dropping the splash gaurds down under the car (only takes a few minutes). Then you will see the tabs that hold them in. On the adjustment screw (back of the lamp housing) there is a plastic cap that has springy plastic ears. It pushes into a hole and snaps. You will have to press those tabe in and push that cap through the hole. On the side there are also ears that snap in. One you get one free you just rotate the light out of its socket.
