View Full Version : RS 4.0 lower grill kits

I have the RS 4.0 and the upper grill is sweet and looks pimp, I am having a hard time finding the matching style grill for the lower bumper...I tried Modellista on a google search...it's all in frickin Japanese...I have spent many days now on the net in search for the right grill match and I am frustrated...can any one Help?

I think that the grills for street scene would look great on the rs.4. The grills retail for about $150

I can't seem to get a close enough look at the grill....does it match the origional?...if so than a serious thanks is in order.

Ok I did some looking for your rs 4.0 guys. and this is what i found

and here is what he said he did:
they are street scene speed grill i bought them from stillen.com and they are close on the pattern and way off on the color.the factory grill is gunmetal steel and the speed grills are bare aluminum.so I masked off the center of the factory grill,sanded,and painted it with aluminum paint from walmart.I think it matched pretty good.and nobody has noticed,the only people who would is another RS 4.0 owner.it is the closest you can get unless you replace the steel on the factory grill with speed grill material from street scene.here is a pic.

I did what you guy's sugested....only now they offer brushed aluminum and it looks damn near identical to the origional gust lacks that glossy look......thanks for the advise...If I knew how to put pics on here I would post it here now...again thanks.
