I just disconnected my battery so I could install a CAI. After starting up the CAI worked fine but the sunroof won't open and the passenger's side window cant be opened with the drivers side controls. Any idea how to get them working again?

 

i had the same problem. give it a couple of starts and it will reset it self

 

you've got to reset them. i don't remember how to do the sunroof, but reach across to the passenger window button on the passenger side door and i think you have to press and hold it down and continue to hold it down for a few seconds after the window is down. then pull and hold the button up until it goes up. i hold mine up for a few seconds also after it is up.
if you click search, type window reset, i'm sure you'll find the exact procedure

 

Roll the windows down half way and then roll them back up and keep holding up after they are all the way up for a few seconds. You have to do this with the drivers switch and the switch on the passenger side.

The sunroof you just hold close for a few seconds and it should reset.

It's in the owners manual that came with the car incase that doesn't work.
