FINALLY got my spoiler back for a 5 month process. To put a long story short, went to one paint and body shop to get these lights molded in my spoiler and he RUNINED my FACTORY spolier and the Clear led lights. This was after he had them for 2 months. Had to wait to get another spoiler and more lights. Another month to get installed and painted.....just got put on today!

Clear Led lights were $35 each for a total of $70 and the labor to paint and install was another $280 BUT it was done VERY GOOD! AN AWESOME JOB!!!

The BEST thing about the mod was the CLEAR lenses to match the tail lights vs. the red ones. I wanted it kinda like the Escalade EXT 3rd Brake lights.....
I'll get some night pics in a couple of hrs.

That looks great... pretty creative mod... one of a kind.

I just took some AWESOME NIGHT shots so you can really see how BRIGHT they are and the real DETAIL!!!!!
I'll post them in the morning when I get to work since that is where my usb cable is at! Thanks....... I knew I was going to do this the minute I bought the xb.....I was having a hard time finding the clear housings, and them BAM, I found them.....EVERYTHING is on the net....I knew they were there just finding them......
as a last resort, Chevy has something called the "line of fire" 3rd brake light that goes up under the rear door, that's what gave me the idea, + the Escalade 3rd brake light...but this CLEAR housing, really changed the game up.

If I had a choice I would have gottent the white ones....but I couldn't get white from the factory on the inside....so I went with the blue and silver look!

damn looking at the pics- that is some serious reflection there, good job on cleaning the xb, and the led looks bad (as in good) i love the look.

I like it alot, but I don't think I could cut into the spoiler of my Lava Box, maybe I will have to buy a second one and do it to that and paint it orange...

You know I was looking at those and I realized that your xb does not have a stock third brake light? Is that true for all you Westies? Do you not have third brake lights in your boxes?

Just open the hatch and there it is! It is a sleeper third brake light, behind the tint! :lol: Going to take it two doors down to Angel Auto body, they want to see it first and then we will see how long.

My buddy at the body shop said it would take three days and he will price me out on Monday. I will post up the price as soon as I find out. Also remember I got only one LED third brake light, I didn't get two. too bright for me 8)
