Default Anyone else having trouble with the OEM radio??

So I got in my car the other day crank up and go to adjust the volume on the radio twist the **** and I get nothing. I twist it back and forth and still nothing so I try my steering volume and it works fine. I let that one go maybe just a glitch. The next day it happens again this time I had left the radio up from the last ride and I couldn't get it to go down with the **** but the steering controls work fine. Everything else on the radio works the station **** the presets I can even adjust the bass and treble but no volume. Any ideas or anyone with a similar problem?

Glad the dealer got it fixed for ya! yeah these pioneer units aren't that reliable, I can see why I never bought Pioneer as an aftermarket unit. People will probably flame me, but never thought much of Pioneer quality before, and this confirms it.. But the radio when it works right, doesn't sound too bad for a "factory" system

Glad you got it fixed!
