does anyone have any pics of the luminics JDM yellow 9006 bulbs in there foglights? I want to buy them, but i want to be certain that they are in fact yellow when on. any help is much appreciated!

Too much money just for fog lights, I hardly use them anyway

 

I got pulled over for driving with my fogs on a couple of weeks ago. Cop said it's illegal to drive with auxilary lights when there is no fog. I was going to put HID's in them as well, but now since I rarely have them on, I also passed on it.

 

ive never heard of that rule before...you should of asked him where it says that

 

I would have said they are not fog lights! There driving lights! Then see what he says.

 

I didn't want to argue my lighting situation with him. I have HID's in my headlights, and since he was letting me off with a warning, I figured I'd leave well enough alone. He could have easily ticketed me for that, since he knew I was running HIDs.

 

i had yellow fog lights to pay omage to the ae86 from initial d.

 

Its not illegal to have fogs on while driving with no fog. He probably made that up. Gave him his probable cause for pulling you over. Then once he has you over he can look for anything suspicious, i.e. Dui, drugs, suspended license, no insurance, warrant etc... its a form of profiling actually. Commonly referred to as "lets throw the sh*t on the wall and see what sticks" but since everything checked out, he "let you go" with a "warning"

 

if you check in the sponsored sales thread theres a guy Operatic (a friend of mine from the same town) who sells HIDs for a very reasonable price (160 with overnight shipping) and is a great person to deal with, dont buy a kit for anymore then that your just getting the same thing.
