I wonder when pricing for the FiveAxis kit is going to be released...
IMHO, that kit is a must to help the styling of the new 2nd gen.

Almost $1500 plus shipping.
Not crazy but I think I will wait to see what the competition brings out.
At least it is for all the way around though.

I think i rather get wheels, before dumping $1500 on the kit.

I cannot remember where, but I seem to recall reading that they "match the body color". If true, that makes the price a little more bearable.

Yeah, but if your car was that ugly to start with, it'd be a necessity!

How long did it take you to think of that?
What are you fu<king 12?

I have a first gen xb to and can still appreciate a good looking car. You close minded morons are always downtalking the new B why? because your mad it has everything the first gen didn't.

I love my first gen B and got it because of it's box shape. But I will be giving it up for a little less boxy B. Am I upset that it is not a box yes. BUT it does not make it hideous because it is not a box.

I think the new xb is great in alot of ways!

It's just ugly.

The modded version with the lip kit looks 200 times better and I think it should have been stock equipment... that's all.

Thanks for being so nice tho... I do so appreciate it.

The 5Axis kit is urethane that's why it's priced like that and it comes with a limited time warranty. I'm sure a lot of cheap 'glass kits will be out soon but you get what you pay for.

IM very sure you get 100% quality from Five Axis. Look at all the Scion Built by them. Its not you normal body shop that hacks up here and there to customize a car. The build everything in House from scratch.

I have installed almost every kit that came out of the US market, being knock offs or something designed in the US. And let me tell you I have never mounted a kit that fit prefectly without having to modify cut and grind to make fit, body work becuase of air pockets in the gel coat and becuase poor fitment to to smooth out all the waves.

IF the JDM market like Fabulous or Garson, one of the big names in Japan comes out with a kit for the 2 gen im sure those kit will cost you well over 1500.00 also. and they would fit right.

I have seen and worked on it all. To pay 1500.00 for a urethane kit is well wroth it. its 100% more durable than Fiber glass and it fits right on the money without all the extra leg work.

But like everyone says you get what you pay for. and im pretty sure the Five Axis kit is worth every cent.

im pretty sure also some knuckle head will knock off the five axis kit and retail it for 400 bucks. but by the time you send the kit out to a shop to have it fit properly and painted you spend about the same that you would have spent on the real kit.

Thanks for the props Marshall. One thing for sure is regardless of whatever else is out there or will be out there, we will stand behind our products and we will take care of our customers. Right now pricing is in the hands of the dealers who have their guidelines. We do not sell direct or through any other distribution. Sorry.

Our products are made domestically here in the USA! They are high grade polyurethane and they are designed using the highest end software. What you get, in the end is a part that fits well, is 100% symmetrical, and has fine tuned surfaces.

Thanks for the feedback Marshall (and Troy). I had not heard that the material was polyurethane. That would make it much more durable.
The explanation of the Five Axis kit just put it back on my list of things to add to the xB.
Assuming the 08 xBs EVER find their way to the Midwest. :tap:

GROW THE FU<K UP OR SHUT UP.... that wasn't called for! And I KNOW he was just having some fun. And get back on topic! Now back to thread, the 5Axis Lip Kit fits perfectly, I know because my club's 08 xB has it. Good job on a nice kit Troy! I've seen you so many times but we've never been introduced. :P

I guess I got lucky with my five axis kit, A local toyota/scion dealership near dallas had posted the kit on craigslist. I answered the ad, they told me a customer had ordered it and backed out, so it had been sitting there for over a year. Craigslist asking price $400, I convinced them in sellling it to me for $325 and id pick it up right away. Lucky for me it was already painted white to match my xb color. only problem was the 3M on the kit was old, but when i took it to get installed they fixed it and was charged $100 total.

I didn't get it installed at that dealership, I took it to a small shop, either way, I would have bought it for $400, but I wanted to see how much I could lie ball them for, I was going for $300, lol
