|
|
Lets just say I wanted to revert the engine to stock. My fuel injector harness were cut for the new ones, and there is almost no wire left on the old harness.
Can anyone recommend how to get the factory harness usable?
BTW, I already checked - you can't just order the harness from the dealer - its part of the main body harness. |

you'd have to cut off the clips for the aftermarket injectors and crimp/solder the correct clips for the factory denso injectors.
if the leads from the engine harness are too short, you'd have to unravel the engine harness and extend the wires out.. same thing crimp or solder longer wires in, and then crimp solder the clips on. |

Sucky thing is that the factor clips have no wire available on them.
I think I may have sourced a spare set of injectors with enough wire I need.
Thanks for the info.

| dont forget that for the people with turbonetics kit, they had to cut their harness, maybe you can buy it off them |
