|
|
I'm looking for a cap type fitting so I can seal up the hole - and not have it all JB Welded shut in order to make the appearance "factory"-ish.
Anyone have suggestions? I can't find the right brass fitting to do the job - and no, I don't want to get a new pan.
  |

Go to your local hard ware store, a brass pipe thread plug should be available to do the job, use sealer of course though.
Our local Ace store has just about everything like that you can imagine.
If you let me know the size, I probably have one or more on hand myself.

Matt, we probably have a new or used tC oil pan at the shop, for a nominal fee, if the hardware store can't find you something that will work.
I assume the fitting is smaller than what we use.. if Dezod can tell us the size, we might have a plug that would work.. we have drawers upon drawers of random fittings and what-not-ery. |
