Hey guys,

Ive been out of the game for a while, for those of you who don't remember I had the boosted RS1 xA that ran E-Town last year.

Anyways, Just thought I would share a few pics of what I am working on today.

Todd, Kit looks SICK!

...only thing im waiting on is the manifold. Should be here tomorow after Todd gets it back from being coated.

Watch for more updates!
This is a customers car that just couldnt wait for the TRD blower, so i gave him something a little nicer ;)

Started hardwiring the harness for the aem fic from scratch:

we are setting it up to control maf, injector pulse, and timing, so theres quite a few wires to hook up.

is this a automatic? Is that the oil pan or the trans pan that is removed it one of the last pics. Can I install a TRD diff without removing the whole trans?

thanks for the comments...

to answer a few questions, yes this is at a dealership. The same dealership where I built this car ;)

...yes its an auto, no you can not install the diff without pulling the trans

and as for the car being an auto, at least the waste gate wont close between shifts :eyebrow:

Just thought I would take a few minute break and share some updates.

Still waiting on the manifold and vacum block, should be here tomorow.

Finished wiring up the AEM fic....ideally wanted to run the unit into the vehicle, but due to some time constraints, we are leaving it under the hood. I made a custom shelf and braket assembly to isolate the fic from any other heat soaked engine components.

After the AEM unit was done, I started mapping out on the crash bar where the intercooler was going to sit. A few holes, lock nuts and some bolts and we were good to go.

After the intercooler was mounted and good to go, I started working on the cold side of the charge pipes. There was concern that one point of the pipe may rub due to motor movement on the lower portion of the crash bar, so i simply wrapped some insulated vinyl tape around the pipe to isolate the issue. Mounted up the Greddy RS BOV.

...more to come ;)

The kit looks a whole lot nicer now that Todd has gotten it setup correctly for the xB2. FAR different from when I did the xB2 back in August.

looking good! I like the mounting of the aem. I agree about moving it inside but its still cool. BTW you should paint the condenser/radiatior black so all the attention is on the IC. when I take of my bumper thats one of the first things Im going to do. I cant stand the sliver against the black. it looks unfinished.
