The spring rate on the Tein Basic is about 1.5x the Tanabe (so probably about 1.6x stiffer than stock). That's enough to do away with about 60-70% of the body roll when used in conjunction with the rear sway bar.

Tein Basic sounds like the way to go for you. Hopefully the Super Street model will be available. That is definitely the best street-friendly coilover I've used. It's a great balance.

well on maui did not push it cause seen so many cops, i guess they new all the cars were coming out for this car show. anyway but you hit on the nose with your prediction of it. but hitting some turns it felt so good to be able to just sit on the road with out the usual body roll.
