Just ordered a set of D2s 17x8.5 25mm
I want to use them on my 215/45s. I searched on here for previous posts, but couldnt find much information.
Anyone running this setup?
Will it rub at stock height? How about at a 1.5 drop?
Is the tire stretch too much?
Anyone who can help or share pics, please do. I appreciate it! |

| Jspectoaster is correct. with that setup you will be sticking out about 46mm on the outer lip of the wheel from stock. even if you managed to stretch the tire, you are going to have to do some major fender mods (rolling/shaving/pulling) to get those to fit. |

| Rota center caps most likely won't fit on the front as well. |

can't wait to see this setup though, it's gonna look sick

Agreed!
I've seen an xD with 18x8 25mm and 215/35 tires on df210 springs. He had to roll and pull fenders to work and still cuts it too close for comfort sometimes.
No drop and your fine. If you are gonna drop it, don't use those tires. 205 would be a borderline dangerous stretch anyway. |

| 205 is only a slight stretch, and not at all dangerous. Tons of ScionLife peeps have 185 and 195's stretched on 8"/8.5" wide rims (had several sets myself.) |
