|
|
Hey everyone, one of the last pieces of my turbo set up have left me a bit confused.
I have a brand new GReddy Turbo Timer waiting to be installed and I am absolutely confused as to exactly which wires to tap into for the turbo timer harness.
I have studied the xA's electrical diagrams but they are not giving me the answers I need.
Could anyone shed some light on which wires under the dash I need to tap into?
Thanks. :D |

Thank you very much for sending that over. It will help out tremendously as the turbo timer is the last nagging little piece I need to install.

OK
I managed to dig into the wiring of the turbo timer today.
So far NOT good.
The small black wire between the Red and White and Blue and White was the signal wire to trigger the starter. The only thing I managed to do was to have the turbo timer constantly try to activate the starter when the key was out of the ignition. That sucked.
After spending over an hour with a voltmeter and some good old fashion trial and error. I managed to get the turbo timer to keep the electrical system active and switch off when the countdown was done.
I am now competely stumped as to why it will let the electrical system stay running but not the engine. And I am usually pretty good at working on the electrical system.
Anyone have any ideas?
I have a sneaking suspicion that the ignition/electrical system on the xA/xB1 are different. :ponder: |
