the harness is outside of the car, i think in the engine bay (down by where the fogs should be)
you can get instructions on from trdsparks
just search for the OEM foglight kit, and on the upper right hand corner of the page, there should be a PDF file to the instructions
i used the trdsparks instructions to install my OEM kit and it was super easy. hopefully, the ebay kit is just plug and play as well |

I dont think ebay fog lights will connect to oem for lights harness
Most of the ebay kits are similar so hopefully this gonna help...
*You should have fuse holder with the fuse running in the red wire
*You should have relay
*There should be a switch that can be mounted inside the car
***Switch***
Switch should come with red, black, and white wire (you should have 3 wires)
1. Connect the black to some ground under the dash... I used screw behind speed cluster
2. The third wire (white) run through fire wall to your engine day
3. The red wire you need to slice to parking power light, its a brown wire with white marks on it (there is two of them, you need to slice the red wire into the thicker brown wire)
Here is pic courtesy of icdedppl
***Fogs***
1. Ground the black wire
2. Ground the relay box (there should be another black wire coming out of relay)
3. Connect the red wire to the battery
4. Connect the white wire with the other white wire that you put through the wire wall from inside the car

plus there is a thread on wiring fogs .. http://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=70203&highlight=parking+lights+power+wire[/url] |

| I had a pair of generic fogs and wired directly to the battery with help of a relay kit from local auto store. |
