| So I've been searching through countless google image searches trying to find out if the xD has the same automatic transmission the xB does. The 'tiptronic' style that allows you to shift. I've read multiple write ups and 100's of images that either just say 'comes with 2 options for transmission, manual or automatic' or the picture just shows a manual, or cuts the image off before the gear shift is shown. I found one picture, but my work monitor sucks and I can't tell clearly if it has it or not. So if anyone could fill me in and let me it would be greatly appreciated. |

| The automatic tranny is a standard automatic tranny. Yea, I was hoping it would be like the new Matrix or Camry "Semi-Automatic" tranny. Oh well. |

| In my experience tiptronic is a pretty poor experience anyway. Everytime I have test driven one, they seem to suffer from serious shift lag, you are better off just getting a manual transmission, |
