I'm looking for the best place to tie my radar detector, GPS and Gentex mirror into switched 12 volts. I was checking around the fuse block but the only terminals had un-switched 12 volts. I really do not prefer to use wire taps. Is there anywhere where you can plug in by just using spade connectors? Thanks in advance.

some one else here suggested this for another app but it will work for ur project as well. get a "add a circuit" from autozone. pull the fuse for the lighter slot, install the new circuit with a couple decent fuses in its side, splice all three accessories you have into this wire. now, when the car comes on, ur accessories come on. sounds compicated to some, but really easy. its how i wired my sub to power up with the car.

Thanks Coobaltbravo. I have used one of these for domestic cars but I thought these might not be available for the mini fuses. I'll go by and check it out.
