Has anyone put a center console in a Hot Lava? Any opinions on which one would match the interior best?
Thanks |

| I am looking at getting one, but I haven't found one that would match very well. I think what I am going to do is just uninstall before shows. |

| Well there are three of us on the forums, myself included, who got our hands on the iST center console. There are a few others who have gone with the ZETA armrest. There are some threads on both in this same subforum. :) |

| I'm debating on which one... Thinking the iST would be the way to go... But not sure yet. |

| Go with the Ist! It looks amazing--like it has always been there. |

| The boomerang one looks very cheap and low quality in my opinion. ZETA looks better than Boomerang :? Still, the iST is the best out there if you're willing to spend the money on eBay to pick one up. |

just got my armrest in today at 1:15. got out the the car at 1:20 and had everything installed by 1:27. it matches the trim perfectly.
so there you have it. the ist in a hot lava. lighting was a little off so it makes the armrest look grey in a couple of them but it really does match perfectly to the rest of the trim in the car. good luck to anyone else who buys one |

| oh and the only reason you can see the supports for it in that one picture is because i had the seats pushed all the way up to work on it. once i slid them back it vanished |

| Now you just need to take those flaps off the armrest and have them sprayed to match the center console for a real good look. |

The flaps..?
Those are the metal supports for the arm rest, and when you move the seats back you don't see them at all. |

| Nice install. Do you find the "lip" at the front of the center console hurts your arm when you use it as an arm rest? That seems like a bad design "feature." |

| actually, my arm doesn't even touch that thing. when you slide the seats back your arm clears that lip and you don't have to worry about it. i'm so happy i got this. it was killing me not having an armrest after driving a car for 2 years that had one |
