|
|
I was just installing a #74 LED bulb in the cubby hole area....When I did I turned the Interior lights on...Nothing worked!..
NO Interior lights for example...Gauges, steering wheel, HVAC buttons & radio buttons....shifter area light(auto) :tap:
The screen to the radio and HVAC light up though....Needles bounce....Warning lights on gauge work fine.
Thanks for any help in advance! |

i would check the fuses to make sure none of them are blown. I think they are in the fuse box just above the drivers left leg, mini fuses i believe.
Hope its that simple of a fix. Good Luck |

You can blow the interior lighting fuse rather easily when switching the bulbs to LEDs. (Especially the one in the hatch.)
Best thing to do is remove the fuse before you do the swap then re-install when finished.
$1.49 for a single fuse? You got robbed! You can pick up an assorted pack of fuses for like $3 at Kragen's. |

| I blew that fuse three times because of my interior LEDs... by the third one, I was able to determine it was the one in the hatch that was doing it. No more LEDs back there... |
