The picture of a guage and a light bulb directly under the instrument panel brightness knob is lit. It has a white light. What does this mean? I never noticed this before and sometimes it is on and sometimes it is off. What does that mean? If you dont know what im talking about look at page 94 on the 2008 tc manual or loook for the instrument panel light control section.

ITs not lit up.. it is painted white. It is a symbol telling you that is the dimmer knob. There is no led to light up behind that, and that area that is white is not transparent for a light to shine through.

Well, after swapping leds on tons and tons of tC gauges, I have yet to see one with and led for the part you are describing :) Even on the 08 I just did this past weekend :) So either you are describing something else, or it is not lighting up. There is not even a way it can light up. There are also no white leds in the cluster stock. I think you are seeing the sunlight on it sometimes, making it stand out more.
