1.) Most eBay manifolds fit only a T3 exhaust housing.. this leads me to answer 2
2.) Not if you get a turbo manifold that has a T3 footing. However, a T3 60trim is equivalent to a 16g if that's the size you're looking for.
3.) Yes - get various bends and couplers and clamps. You probably want to stick with 2.5" piping.
4.) Tial wastegates are great.. but are costly. You can actually use Godspeed (cheap eBay) wastegates. Lots of Hondas use them and have had great success.
5.) Dezod.com will sell you oil feed and return lines.
6.) You need a blow-off valve. I would suggest an HKS SSQV or a conventional type - it would be best if you recirculate it back to the intake before turbo.
Talk to jjos1 - he started with a Stage 0 - pretty much custom. He should be able to help. |

| i built a custom stage 0 running 6 psi and im still under $1500 im using a turbonetics t3/t4 with internal wastegate, all custom fabbed piping by me, aem fic, "borrowed" 410cc injectors from a friends supercharger setup that hes now building the motor on, meth inject, and using a bosch 110 bpv instead of blowoff valve :) And that 1500 includes my widebande, boost, and oil pressure guages. |

| You can run about 5-6 psi w/o management I did for a week and my car ran very well ask travis(rhythmsmoke). Then i installed my f/ic and 550cc injectors and on 6 psi it ran the same just as strong. So its possible just make sure ur intake pipe is a 2.5" piece thats the secret to the 6psi n under untuned trick.. Just ask rhythm he can explain it better. He told me zpi used the 2.5" and thats what got it to run rich w/o no management or intercooler.. Altho i had a fmic at the untuned time of my car. |
