| Hi, I want to know what is the best/clean way to wire a positive behind a cig lighter. Does it require soldering? Pictures would be nice. Thanks |

| You can always get a wiretap and do that, but doing it to the cigarette lighter is NOT a good idea, you might want to find a better wire, or run a fresh one from the battery (bigger gauge wire, then you can use it for other 12v needs) |

if it's just leds, then the cig lighter will be fine.
wire taps work nicely. |
