Also my old ballast were the fat ones compared to the new slimmer ones you guys sell now.

Well I recievied replacement bulbs from you guys this past summer and two other kits for my buddy and I. All of them involved in 5000K kits but yet they seem to have the issue about them not being the purest white. They seem to practically look like 6000K or possibly even 8000K with hints of blue. I understand you guys have a new manufacturer but I recommend you look into that because the new 5000K bulbs being sold are not bright or as white like the ones that used to be manufactured back in 2008. My original kit I bought when you guys first introduced yourselves on this sight was awesome! Not a single a problem and the output was fantastic like advertised. I was told in an email that I could exchange my kit with a CANBUS ballast but honestly I don't need that. When I had to do my replacements from the original bulbs I still had the old 2008 ballast. When I installed the bulbs, one side being the original 5000K back in 2008 that still worked with the new 2012 bulb, I noticed one side looked more blue. So it's actually the bulbs. My ballast are fine. I just hope you guys can contact your new manufacturer to improve on the quality of your products back to what they once were because I don't have time to be sending back and forth, testing fitting stuff right now.

I bought some 3000k H3 bulbs for my lowbeams back in March or April. They look more green with a hint of yellow than just yellow. Do I just need to send you guys pictures of the output?

Sounds like you have a mismatch between the bulb color, no need for you to take pictures of the mismatch bulbs. Please email info@hidextra.com or call 860-821-8212 so we can send you replacements parts right away.

Thank you.

Just did this a few minutes ago, but I was successful in creating a new account:

Hello matcro369,

Projector headlight will have the round glass projector inside the housing. Simply look at the housing you will be able to determine if your vehicle has projector or not.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concern.
