Which grille lights? The 2 I was using as my DRLs? I'm not using them as DRLs anymore (went Audi style), but the installation is the same as Druidiron's Audi Style DIY. Only difference is what LEDs you use (the grille lights are from Autozone for about $30) and where you mount them. Those particular lights happened to fit in the grille just right so I just used a drop of superglue to ensure they didn't move. Let me know if you have any other questions.
