i got them used from a friend but yeah it comes with the 4 lug allready ...not to sure of the specs but i do know it is a 17x8 wheel with a stagered offset...i was told it is a 0 in the rear and 15 up front but i think its more like a 25 front 15 rear ..sorry i could not be much help ..i havea friend who just picked up aset of jlines let me ask him and get back to you
