Hi Del Mar,
We had Riverview fix it. We did not have the tools to either jack the engine around with 3 loose mounts OR lower the subframe, which I thought would be risky with the car on ramps and not a vehicle lift.
I think you will need to remove the mount and put the engine bracket back on.
Once that is done, you have to choose weather to loosen all 3 mounts and jack the engine around to get the mount back in
OR lower the subframe - 4 big bolts and 4 of the 8 smaller bolts on those diagonal struts. Leaving the diagonals on may help with realigning the subframe, but I don't know what happens to the steering shaft when the subframe is lowered. There are 2 alignment holes near the 2 big subfame bolts.
Others in that mount thread claim to have got that bracket in and out, but... it looked really hard to me.
I did add a final note to that thread and it sounds like your original mount failed worse than ours did. We got our replacement from rockauto dot com
Did you by chance get your rear motor mount installed? Is there any special tricks? The reason I ask is that I replaced my clutch and during the removal of the transmission the rear motor mount fell to pieces. like an idiot I removed the motor mount bracket installed the motor mount and there there is no way I can get the bolts back in for the bracket with the mount in the way.
Funny you live in Mesa AZ, I live at Stapley and Main.
