Sorry for such a late reply I never check scionlife anymore. Yes That is how the clutch will feel. It will get a bit harder after a few months. I'm not really sure any more since I had my stage 2 clutch/pp plate and aluminum flywheel for about 2 yrs now. The only problem I have is when i burn to much clutch when I try drag it heats up to the point that I start to slip in 3rd and 2nd and feel like my car isn't moving anywhere. So be sure break in you clutch right but I guess that what you get for a clutch this cheap. Also I'm supercharged
