Need total cost with shipping and paypal fees for the headlights to zip 75409. Can the hazing on the headlights be cleaned up? Also I noticed a scratch on one of them is that right?

What would you charge to ship the steering wheel? Is the rubberized outer still bonded to the frame pretty well? Mine is de-laminating from sun exposure and eventually I'll be wanting to put another OE steering wheel on to replace it. It looks like it's an 04-05 steering wheel, I'm correct in that right?
