FS: 2005 FM tC auto VA
I have been trying every possible way to avoid it, but I am going to have to sell it. I need something to get me to work even in the worst weather and seeing as how this is parked even when it rains, it isn't cutting the mustard. There is nothing wrong, I just want to keep it looking nice and I have other options.
It is a 2005 with auto and about 45,500 miles. I bought it new and have never had any problems at all. Oil changes and the recall for the sunroof are the only times it has been in the shop.
It has the usual chips on the front, a couple small scratches, 2 door dings, and a 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch scuff on the rear bumper from when somebody couldn't get into a parking spot or leave their info.
Interior is in great shape, no stains, never smoked in, no pets.
Never had any engine mods, never raced - it's an auto and I'm over 30!
Scion Options:
-RS 1.0 seats (front and back) seats are SRS but the car does NOT have side airbags.
-rear lip spoiler
-TRD exhaust
-TRD lowering springs
-TRD rear sway bar
-mud guards
-two-tone gray steering wheel
-OBX pedal covers and shift ****
-door sill enhancements
Misc:
-18 inch Exel Radius wheels w/ Toyo Proxes4 tires (the same ones that come on the RS 5.0)
-VRD fog lights
-VRD full third brake light
-custom eyelids
-20% tint all around
Stereo:
-Kenwood Excelon headunit
-Kenwood 10 gig music keg
-Kenwood 10in powered subwoofer enclosure w/ Pioneer Premier subwoofer
I also have a lot of the stock parts including the wheels and tires (still usable), springs, and exhaust. I also have the stock seats if the buyer prefers and I am willing to install them for the buyer.
I'd like to get $11,500 as it sits.
I love it and I know its history - I am afraid to buy something else.
Visit my Cardomain page for more pics and details.
I will happily answer any questions.
Obviously the pics weren't taken today. But since they were taken in October, I have driven it about 350 miles.

LOL.... you'll have to get used to posts like that my Scion friend....
I have been kicking around the idea of selling my tC here and starting a new project car... Scion Lifer's are like vultures circling above when they find out a modded Scion is for sale.... ready to pick it apart. I could never do that to my tC.... it either sells whole to someone that will appreciate the hours of work into it... or I'll just keep it
GL with the sell.

Yeah, I've noticed that the first replies are always "Part out?" And that's cool, if someone is on the fence about it it may get them to make up their mind. I just don't want the hassle.
Though I am considering trying the wheels on my new car, so that would bring the price down.
Oh, and the email I got from CraigsList was a scam. SHOCKER!

GL with the sale. Didn't say what you were looking to replace it with but if it's from a dealer you could always look at trade-in. One of our local members did that to move to an F150 extended cab for pretty much the same reason, + towing need, and I think they got a pretty good deal for the trade. Couldn't begin to recommend a dealer though, no clue what's in Sterling.

Right now I have some serious interest, so I am leaving it alone. If for some reason it falls through and I can't sell it, I might consider it. But that wouldn't be for a while.
If it would just stop snowing for a couple days I might already have sold it.
