CV Axle part number?

I have to replace the Passenger side cv axle on my 05. I bought a new axle from carquest yesterday -- and after pulling the old one out, noticed the new axle was about 1 to 2 inches shorter, sooooo I have to go back and change it.

Bought it for 80, not too bad.
Dealer wants 540! Not including labor. D A N G.

Has anyone that has replaced the that axle saved the part number they used? I'd like to use it as a cross reference at the parts store...

Thanks!

There is probably a couple inches difference between the left/right side. here is a good parts reference with microfiche pics right=passenger side left=driver side. production dates may also come into play for correct #'s

Thanks for that info....but eek! at the price, lol.

They may have given me the wrong side. The part i bought had a straight pipe from one boot to the other.

The part that came from the xB had a large round "joint" halfway through.

Do any other Toyota vehicles share the same axle dimensions as the xB?

OE #'S
43410-52070-Rt side
43420-52070-Lt side

They are the same all xB's from 04-06. Those #'s are the same for 2000 MY and up Echo's with ABS.
