Never do business with 360tuners.com.
I bought a shift knob there and it didn’t fit. I called and told them, they said to send it back and they would refund my money plus shipping. They were happy to take it back but not refund my money. To this day I’m still waiting. I call and explain the problem, and they hang up on me. No joke! If you can pass this around, I don’t want others going through this. |

I just wanted to bump this topic. I just heard of another situation with 360 tuners where they would not refund his money on a product that they misrepresented.

Was the purchase done with a credit card? Call your credit card company and they should take care of you. Best thing you can do is warn others of their non-compliance of their refund policy.
