Maintenance required light blinks

So i just noticed it today, when i start my box the maintenance required light blinks like 5 times and shuts off...is this normal for when you crank up the car or is that something i should get checked out soon, i have an 06 xb, when i just turn the key to the on position (without cranking) the light also blinks and the check engine light stays lit, along with the seatbelt light (not buckled in), the battery light and the temp light...it was raining today pretty hard and i have a weapon R intake so i dont know if maybe the O2 sensor might have got damp, i did not drive thru any puddles but it was wet on the roads...any help would be greatly appreciated...

the maint. req'd light is a mileage counter to remind you to change your oil.

It's also mentioned in the owners manual. It has some good info on everything involoving your xB.
