white tc spotted at asia taste

Saw an asian dude went to asian taste in rockville by montgomery college yesterday, driving a white tc2 with tein lowering springs.

My fiancee claims to have seen a white, panda-esque tc2 with a rear louver driving on MD route 2 a few weeks ago. I am really interested in finding out more about this car. She knows I want a rear louver but couldn't get a picture. Any info would be helpful.

Here's a clear picture of a White tC2 w/ Rear Louvers in the Thread below.

He has Cali plates. Unless he was visiting MD, I don't Know.

Ya, definitely seen that car but that thread gives no information, seems kinda dead. If you have any info on that louver, please help. I think my fiancee saw a MD car with the louver, so still looking for that.
