Id like to say that's not the truth. However in my search of a monogram frs which I found 2 of them I went to the Subaru dealer today and found a white LOADED brz with everything that the frs has and even more features for almost 3k less. I may be converting. However what am I going to do with all my scion swag? Im I still considered a scion fanatic with a brz in my garage? But they desgined the car together! , I'm soo confused :-(

Glad to see you're still around, Jeremy! It's been forever.

And Subaru > Scion any day, regardless if they built the car together or not.

And don't say I'm biased because I own both lol.

biased wasn't a thought on my mind, just think Im leaning WAY towards the BRZ over the FRS. I think Ill be sad to say goodbye to my tC but even more sad to say goodbye to my Scion Family. I still have my Tacoma!

I'm in the same boat although current employment is really whats holding me back from pulling the trigger. From what I can tell the Monogram FRS has almost all the same features as the BRZ limited. Which can be found used with low miles for about 6k less than what you'd pay for a new monogram.

well I did it, The new BRZ limited has more features then monogram and a better price. PLUS I will probably get more for a trade in when I do decide to get rid of it due to 1 BRZ is getting built for every 100 FRS built

"FRS or BRZ, it doesn't really matter they're the same to me" -The Roman

Hunting for a job first, and realistically I'll be looking at something 4wd with ground clearance as my next vehicle. Toyota FJ looks nice as does the new Ram Ecodiesel.

I see that this thread has died down considerable but I thought that I would throw this out there. Does anyone in the Pittsburgh area know of someone parting out a tc or selling an engine. The engine on 2007 tc is toast and im doing a swap in the near future. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Another 1 year check in.

Only have 14,000 miles on my new Hyundai. Averaging 30 MPG in the cold here with (and I love this) bluelink remote start from my freaking cell phone. No longer have to be "within range" of 50 ft to start with key.

Been married since May 1st. Honeymoon/wedding trip was to Nashville. Loved every bit of it.

Still miss the Scion family, but again, practicality still took precedence.

Jeremy, I saw you once at Cranberry PetSmart with Amanda. I did recognize that yellow tC for sure.

Well, that's about it. Got my 5 year recognition at Westinghouse.

Take care everyone!

I'll bump for a yearly post. Still have the tC, slowing getting it more towards toy/weekend/autox duty since I added an 08 4runner to the collection last December. What's everyone been up to?

Still got my tC. 140,000+ miles and no issues yet. 2005 was the year Scions were built to be indestructible!
