I got a ticket on Sunday for Altered Lighting (25450 a vc) and then the cop also put Modified Lighting (27150 a vc) I looked that code up since I was like isn't that the same thing. When it pulled it up I noticed that the code was for modified exhaust. What should I do? Any ideas? and also got tint ticket (26708 a 1 vc) that I will just remove once again. Do you guys know if the fine will double since I had already got a ticket for this about a year or 2 ago?

Thanks for the help.

Edit: The 25450 was for having HID's. I have 10K hid kit.

I'm glad you got the car next to you in those pics, cause it really shows of how much the blue shows up. I'm gonna say probably illegal, under the belief that it's illegal to have red or blue lights facing the front of a non emergency vehicle, and I believe it's only marked cop cars that can have blue.

(I'm not familier enough with California laws to say for sure there, but in Washington State that would be unlawful.) http://apps.leg.wa.gov/wac/default.aspx?cite=204-21-230
