Default Handheld programmers? Or tuning shop? Atlanta

I've got a 07tc and I'm lookin for a programmer or a shop that can tune this thing, or at least tell me if there's a tune in this ecu, that's around Gainesville ga ish I got the car used, and it feels a whole lot faster than it should be..
Mods that Ives seen on the car include
Intake
Header back Borla exhulst
Coil overs
Sway bars
Front and rear strut tower bars
Short throw
19"aerspeedS
And this thing will move, 40to100 in no time...

There is no option to tune the stock ECU; the tuner you use depends heavily on what aftermarket system you go for (though it's not worth the cost without serious engine modifications or forced induction)
