Default 2006 Tc Bouncing RPM's when slowing

So I drive a 5 speed 06 TC and today I was slowing down and I noticed my rpms going from 650 to about 1250 then back to 650 then down to 1250 until I come to a complete stop, then it just idles normal. It has done it to me 3 or 4 times now and it's starting to worry me.

I just got a job that requires me to drive 30 min to and from so I just wanted to know what this is so I can get it fixed. Thanks!

Clean your throttle body on both sides of the air blade. Check all of your vacuum hoses. Clean your MAF. Reset the ECU.

No engine codes? Maybe the throttle position sensor is acting up?
